We run weekly studio Physio-led mat Pilates & Barre classes.

We also have an online classes available for those who wish to exercise at home in their own time.

Our Feb-Apr timetable is now available to book.

The 7 week timetable will start from Monday 24th February. There will be no classes on St Patricks Day (17/03/25).

Where there is availability it will be possible to join a class after the course has started.
